Defense Ministry of NKR: At least one soldier of Azerbaijan killed, 8 wounded, Azerbaijani websites say
On July 19-25 the Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire about 900 times on the line of contact between the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan, according to latest data of Defense Army of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic. In the indicated period over 12,000 shots were fired at Armenian positions from guns of various calibers, 60 mm and 82 mm mortars, and grenade launchers of various types, the press service of NKR Defense Ministry reports.
The frontline units of Defense Army responded duly to offensive actions of Azerbaijani troops and took measures to organize efficiently the defense of frontline positions along the line of contact.
Defense Army of NKR did not suffer losses as a result of ceasefire violations over the past week. According to Azerbaijani websites, at least one Azerbaijani serviceman was killed and 8 others were wounded.
