Haykakan Zhamanak: ENA continues to squander money
Despite public discontent and criticism, Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) Company continues to squander money by paying for non-existent services, ‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ writes citing sources.
The daily published an article a month ago saying that ENA pays 1 million drams a month to Media-Tel OJSC for ensuring calls made to the official website of the company – citizens allegedly call to a hotline via the Internet from their computers to make complaints. A corresponding agreement was signed by the sides on September 27, 2013.
“The “virtual button” for online calls did not operate a month ago, nor does it operate now. Yet ENA continues to pay Media-Tel for non-existent services,” the paper says.
