Seyran Ohanyan: Number of officers with higher military education increases in Armenian year by year
Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan met today with graduates of academic courses. He attached importance to the role that officers with higher military education play in strengthening the military preparedness of the national army and urged them to dedicate their free time to studies, Defense Ministry said.
Welcoming the graduates of academic courses held in Armenia, Russia, China, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Germany and the United States, the defense minister congratulated them on the completion of courses and their new appointments and wished then peace and successful service.
S. Ohanyan said that some of the graduates received their military education in Armenia. Noting that the number of officers with higher military education grows in Armenia year by year, S. Ohanyan expressed hope that they will put their knowledge to good use and raise the military preparedness of Armenian troops as much as possible.
