UNHCR Representation in Armenia finances summer recreation of Syrian Armenian children
It was announced today at the regular sitting of the Interdepartmental Commission for Coordination of Problems of Syrian Armenians that the UNHCR Representation in Armenia will allocate $8,000 for summer recreation of Syrian Armenian children.
As part of that assistance, ‘Gugark’ summer camp will host 80 Syrian Armenian children aged between 8 and 15, while ‘Tiramayr Hayastani’ Center expressed a willingness to host 100 kids in a Tsakhkadzor summer camp for 10 days starting August 20, according to the press service of Armenian Diaspora Ministry.
