Zhoghovurd: Date of audit in Electric Networks of Armenia not specified
t is still not clear when an audit will be conducted in Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) Company, ‘Zhoghovurd’ paper says.
When contacted by the paper, a spokeswoman for ENA, Natalia Sarjanyan said : “First of all, a technical task should be summed up, then a stage of selection will begin, and some technical issues should be resolved as well”.
It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan announced at the session of Armenian government yesterday that the government will not compensate big businesses for the increased power tariffs. In other words, the government is prepared to subsidize the tariff that rose by 6.93 drams only for population. As it turned out, enterprises shall pay the increased electricity tariff from August 1.
