Air Armenia CEO battery incident documents filed to Investigative Committee
The materials on the battery of the owner and CEO of the airline Air Armenia Arsen Avetisyan have been filed to the Investigative Committee of Armenia.
“At the request of prosecutor of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts in Yerevan, the materials on the battery of the owner and CEO of Air Armenia Arsen Avetisyan have been sent to the prosecutor’s office on August 18, 2015. On the same day the materials were filed to the body conducting a preliminary investigation - the Investigative Committee of Armenia that will investigate the case under Articles 180 and 181 of the Criminal Procedure Code,” Office of Armenian Prosecutor General said in a statement.
