Draft new Constitution of Armenia promulgated, to be submitted to president
The Commission on Constitutional Reforms under Armenian President held a sitting on August 20, during which it took a decision to approve the draft new Constitution of Armenia and submit it to the Armenian President, the Commission Secretariat said.
It was also decided at the sitting to appoint Vardan Poghosyan, a member of the Commission, as representative of Armenian President to present the draft amendments to the Constitution in Armenia’s National Assembly.
The draft amendments are available at the website of Armenian Justice Ministry.
