Police to intensify traffic enforcement at Armenian schools on September 1
This year too, there will be a bigger traffic police presence at Armenian schools located in areas where traffic is heavy, the head of the Road Patrol Service of the Armenian Police Norik Sargsyan said at a press conference today.
In his words, preparations have already begun: policemen visited schools to talk with principals and teachers and inspect pedestrian crossings near schools.
Norik Sargsyan urged teachers and parents to teach traffic safety rules to children. He also appealed to drivers to be cautious.
