Government approves decision on creation of inspection agency to supervise Armenian market
Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan conducted today the 13th sitting of the Council for Coordination of Inspection Reforms, according to the press office of the government.
The decision to set up an inspection agency to supervise the market of Armenia, its regulations and structure were discussed and approved at the meeting.
The agency will use a new model of management and new principles of examining issues and informing the public, which will help raise the efficiency of its activities.
The prime minister indicated the importance of reforms carried out since 2009. He spoke about the achievements, including legislative amendments. He said the next step in reforming the sphere will include creation of inspectorates at Ministries of Finance and Health the basis of the bodies functioning there.
