David Tonoyan, Andrzej Kasprzyk discuss situation on border and line of contact with Azerbaijan
First Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia David Tonoyan met last evening with Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk, the press service of Armenian Defense Ministry said.
The recent situation on Armenian-Azerbaijani border and along the line of contact between the armed forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan was discussed at the meeting. Tonoyan spoke of the details of the incidents on the line of contact.
David Tonoyan and Ambassador Kasprzyk expressed concern over more frequent violations of the ceasefire and the use of large caliber weapons.
Tonoyan informed Mr. Kasprzyk about Shant-2015 strategic command and staff exercises scheduled for September 3-6.
