V. Babayan: Panic mood absolutely absent in border villages of Tavush province
A mood of panic is absolutely absent in villages of Tavush province: residents courageously overcome any challenges, and the Armenian army suppresses the enemy’s activity, the spokesman for Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) Vahan Babayan said at a press conference today.
PAP members Naira Zohrabyan, Mikael Melkumyan, Vahe Enfiajyan and Vahan Babayan visited on September 5 villages of Baghanis, Voskevan, Kayanavan, Kirants, Sarigyugh, Sevkar and Berkaber in Armenia’s Tavush province.
The common task today is to improve social conditions of residents of border villages, Vahan Babayan said. “The people living there are real heroes,” he said.
The PAP spokesman said they met with residents and administrators of border villages in Tavush province, familiarized themselves with the existing problems and heard their proposals.
At the first four-day sittings of the parliament’s autumn session, PAP faction is going to put forward initiatives aimed at solving the problems raised by residents of border villages.
