Blast in Turkey felt in Armenia
An explosion that occurred in Turkey early Tuesday, September 8, was also felt in the territory of Armenia, according to the press service of Armenian Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations.
The rescue service received information around 9:46 am September 8 that a blast was heard in the village of Ranchpar, Armenia’s Ararat province. It turned out that the blast took place in the territory of Turkey, about 5 kilometers from the village of Noramarg in Ararat province.
