Haykakan Zhamanak: CNG stations plan to raise gas prices
‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily writes citing sources that compressed natural gas stations are going to raise gas prices that will go up by 10-12%. The decision will be explained by a rise in the electricity tariff.
“The problem is that gas filling stations use much electricity. The power tariff rose by almost 15% on August 1 this year. The power tariff will be subsidized for households in the next few months, but the tariff rose for medium and big businesses. CHG stations were not included in the list of business entities to get subsidies,” the paper says.
