President of Artsakh: Increasing army’s combat readiness is one of most significant issues
On 14 September Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited a section on the republic's south-eastern borderline, got acquainted with the situation and course of the service, the press service of Artsakh President’s Office said.
Bako Sahakyan expressed gratitude to the soldiers for keeping the country's borders steadfast, showing high military spirit and patriotism, underlining that consistent increase of the armed forces’ combat readiness would continue to be among the most significant issues the state faced.
NKR Vice Premier Arthur Aghabekyan, Defense Minister Levon Mnatsakanyan, a group of members of the RA Defense Ministry's Public Council and other officials accompanied the President during the visit.
