Haykakan Zhamanak: New owners of Electric Networks of Armenia revealed
The new owner of Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) Company has been revealed. “Haykakan Zhamanak” paper writes that it was known months ago that the head of Tashir Group, Russian businessman of Armenian descent Samvel Karapetyan will purchase the company.
The paper learned that S. Karapetyan is not the only owner, but he will hold a controlling interest. Ex-director of ArmRosGazprom Company Karen Karapetyan, businessman Gagik Tsarukyan and former MP Harutyun Pambukyan will be other stakeholders. ENA purchase deal will be finalized in February 2016.
