President of NKR: South Ossetia heroically overcame all the difficulties and hardships, managed to protect its freedom
Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan sent a congratulatory address to President of the Republic of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov in connection with the Independence Day, the presidential press service reported.
The address runs as follows:
“Your excellency, President Tibilov,
On behalf of the people, authorities of the Artsakh Republic and myself personally I cordially congratulate You and the whole nation of South Ossetia on the 25th anniversary of independence.
1990 was a turning point in the ancient history of the Ossetian people. On the way of creating an independent state South Ossetia heroically overcame all the difficulties and hardships, managed to protect its freedom and embark on the path of steady development.
The friendship with South Ossetia is highly assessed in Artsakh and we are genuinely happy for all successes of the fraternal country.
I once again congratulate You, respectful Mr Tibilov, and the whole people of South Ossetia on this great holiday”.
I wish peace, prosperity, further achievements and new successes to the fraternal South Ossetia”.
