Reports of my death are greatly exaggerated: Armen Martirosyan on possible withdrawal from Heritage Party
“The reports of my death are greatly exaggerated”, deputy chairman of the opposition Heritage Party Armen Martirosyan told Panorama.am when commenting on the rumors about his intention to withdraw from the party.
Martirosyan said he continues to be a member of Heritage.
When asked if he is concerned about the exodus of members from their party, Armen Martirosyan replied: “Only Mr. Hakobyan left the party. Nobody else made a statement about termination of membership”.
Media reported that on September 17 Ruben Hakobyan announced his intention to terminate his membership of Heritage Party and also quit as head of that party’s parliamentary faction. Earlier Stepan Safaryan left the party.
