Yerevan Music Festival: Barry Douglas, Wenzel Fuchs, Alexander Chaushyan, Levon Chilingirian to play on same stage
Irish pianist Barry Douglas, German clarinetist Wenzel Fuchs, cellist Alexander Chaushyan, and violinist Levon Chilingirian (UK) will appear on the same stage during the 9th Yerevan International Music Festival.
A chamber music concert is scheduled to take place today in Aram Khachaturyan Concert Hall. The concert will feature works by Brahms – the Clarinet Trio and the Piano Trio in C major.
9th Yerevan International Music Festival is being held from September 10 to October 28 under the patronage of First Lady of Armenia Rita Sargsyan, with the support of Armenian Culture Ministry, and on the initiative of National Philharmonic Orchestra of Armenia (artistic directors Edward Topchyan and Alexander Chaushyan).
