MOD of NKR: Azerbaijani forces used D30 122mm howitzer
The Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire about 100 times on the line of contact between the armed forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan yesterday, September 25, and on the night of September 26, according to the press service of Defense Ministry of Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
During that period over 1,000 shots were fired at Armenian positions by Azerbaijani frontline units from small arms of various calibers, as well as from 60mm (16 shells), 82mm (28 shells), and 120 mm mortars (2 shells), and also RPG-7 and AGS-17 grenade launchers.
In addition, the enemy also used Turkish-made TR-107 rocket launcher (12 shells) during the same period, and a D30 122mm howitzer (50 shells) was used for the first time since the signing of the ceasefire agreement (see pictures below).
The enemy’s activity was suppressed as a result of actions taken by the frontline units of NKR Defense Army.
