MOD of NKR: Azerbaijani troops violate ceasefire more than 80 times
On October 1 and the night of October 2 the Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire over 80 times on the line of contact between the armed forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan, the press service of Defense Ministry of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR) said.
Over the indicated period, Azerbaijani frontline units fired over 1,300 shots at Armenian positions by using small arms of various calibers, 60mm (28 shells) and 82mm (31 shells) mortars and AGS-17 grenade launchers (20 shells).
The frontline units of NKR Defense Army continue performing confidently their military duties and resort to reciprocal actions if necessary.
