Technology and innovation development in Armenia: Serzh Sargsyan visits Digitec Expo 2015
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan visited today Digitec Expo 2015 held on October 2-4 at Yerevan Expo complex, the presidential press service reported.
The president toured pavilions to familiarize himself with innovative solutions displayed by some 170 companies participating in the high-tech exhibition such as telecommunications, comprehensive engineering, technological, program and web solutions and services.
The slogan of the 11th Digitec Expo held this year is ‘Fest for Technological Armenians’. In addition to Armenian companies that achieved success in the domestic and international markets, the exhibition has attracted companies from the US, China, Taiwan, Sweden, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia and Iran.
Serzh Sargsyan received information of proposals of the participating companies and spoke to their representatives about their activities and future plans.
