The spokesman for the president of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, David Babayan told ‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily that the process of NKR’s international recognition will be taken to a new level in the years to come.

“Azerbaijan is trying to prevent a number of countries from accelerating the process of NKR’s recognition. In fact, Azerbaijan is now losing its already low authority that fully depends on oil and caviar. In this situation when the international community sees that Artsakh does not pose any threat to its neighbors and the international community, the recognition of the NKR is increasingly becoming an important and urgent issue from political, legal and moral points of view. We are working in that direction. We have a multi-level strategy,” Babyan said.
