Khosrov Harutyunyan: Karabakh talks cannot be considered collapsed
“The process of peace talks cannot be considered collapsed. Over these 20 years of the negotiations on a settlement of the Karabakh conflict, there have been some achievements, although small ones, but they can be used under favorable conditions,” MP of the parliamentary faction of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), leader of the Christian-Democratic Union of Armenia Khosrov Harutyunyan told a press conference today.
In his words, the peace process cannot be regarded as needless, but it is another matter how the sides view it.
“I don’t think that we will ever give up the negotiating process, even on our own initiative,” he stressed.
