Zhoghovurd: 100% of Orange Armenia shares to be pledged
Orange Armenia CJSC has applied to Armenia’s Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) to get permission for pledging 100% of the company’s shares, ‘Zhoghovurd’ paper writes.
The paper say that taking into account the letters filed by Armenian Transport and Communications Ministry and Orange Armenia CJSC on September 19, 2015, the Commission is going to authorize that deal. According to the letters, 20% of the shares owned by Ucom OJSC and Orange Armenia will be pledged In Araratbank, 51% in Ardshininvestbank , and 29% will pledged in Ameriabank.
To remind, on August 20 this year PSRC authorized the deal, by which 100% of Orange Armenia’s shares owned by France Telecom were sold to Ucom Company.
