Defense Ministry of NKR: Azerbaijan violated ceasefire 120 times
On October 15 and the night of October 16 the Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire about 120 times on the line of contact between the armed forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan, according to the press service of Defense Ministry of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
During that period the Azerbaijani frontline units fired over 2,600 shots at Armenian positions from small arms of various calibers and 60mm (6 shells) and 82mm (14 shells) mortars.
The most intensive ceasefire violations were reported in the southern direction of the line of contact.The frontline units of NKR Defense Army are in control of the frontline situation and continue to perform confidently their military duties.
