Workers in high-altitude settlements of Armenia to get pay rise
Starting January 1, 2016, workers of Armenian state budget-funded institutions, which are not considered state or municipal bodies, will get a pay rise as a bonus in addition to their wages for working in high-altitude settlements of Armenia. The decision was taken at the session of the Armenian government today.
Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artyom Asatryan said at the government session that the pay rise amounts to 8,000 drams monthly.
In case of a part-time job, the amount of a monthly pay rise will be determined in accordance with the law.
