Gen. Seyran Saroyan calls constitutional reform in Armenia a 100% right step
“Time will show that the step we are taking today is a move in the right direction. I think it is a 100% right step,” MP of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), General Seyran Saroyan said during a briefing in the Armenian parliament today when speaking about the constitutional reform process in Armenia.
As regards the claims about possible falsification of results of the constitutional referendum due in Armenia on December 6, S. Saroyan ruled out the possibility of vote rigging. The people of Armenia will be free to make their choice, he said.
