Hraparak: Court decision on Vazgen Khachikyan case takes effect
The court decision on the case of Vazgen Khachikyan, a former head of the State Social Security Service of Armenia, took effect after the Court of Cassation rejected the appeal, lawyer Zhora Varosyan said.
“We expected our appeal to be granted because we noticed obvious violations. Such a decision is quite strange, “ the lawyer said adding that the examination of the case finished, according to ‘Hraparak’ paper.
To remind, V. Khachikyan received 12 years in prison for embezzling 300 million drams.
