NKR Defense Ministry: Defense Army halted offensive operations of Azerbaijani troops
Yesterday, on November 3, and the night of November 4 the Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire about 80 times on the line of contact between the armed forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan, the press service of Defense Ministry of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic reported.
During the indicated period Azerbaijani frontline units fired over 1,200 shots at Armenian positions from small arms of various calibers and 60mm and 82mm mortars.
The offensive operations of Azerbaijani troops were halted as a result of prompt actions taken by frontline units of NKR Defense Army.
