Yerevan hosts sitting of Armenia-EU Cooperation Committee
Armenia attaches importance to more constructive and mutually agreed work with the European Union, Armenian Economy Minister Karen Chshmarityan said at the 16th sitting of the Committee on Armenia-EU Cooperation that opened in Yerevan today.
He said the participants will discuss a future agreement setting a legal framework of cooperation between Armenia and the EU as well as issues related to Armenia-EU trade and economic links and the economic situation.
Also on the agenda are issues of cooperation in the spheres of justice, security, transport, and energy, the Karabakh problem, and the relations between Armenia and Turkey.
