President of NKR signs decree on 2015 winter draft and demobilization
On 6 November President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on the 2015 winter draft and demobilization.
According to the decree, on January 2016 male citizens of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic to be aged 18 years old until 31 December, 2015 inclusive, as well as those citizens whose deferment of compulsory military service has been expired until 31 December, 2015 inclusive will be called up to compulsory military service.
In compliance with the decree, within the period of December 2015-January 2016 servicemen who have completed their compulsory military service will be demobilized from the army.
