Death toll rises to 9 in bus crash near Tula
The death toll has risen to 9 in the passenger bus crash near the Russian city of Tula: a 68-year-old woman who received severe injuries in the accident died early Saturday morning, November 7, the press service of Armenian Health Ministry said.
According to G. Mirijanyan - Deputy Health Minister of Armenia, a member of the commission set up by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan - the woman suffered a cardiac arrest 5 times in the last three days since the crash and was under constant medical supervision in the hospital of the city of Uzlowaya.
Information was received earlier that one of those injured in the crash of the passenger bus near Tula while en route from Moscow to Yerevan was taken by helicopter to Moscow’ Sklifosovsky Emergency Medicine Research Institute this morning.
The bus overturned on M-4 interstate highway in Tula region of Russia on Tuesday night.
