President Bako Sahakyan approves composition of Karabakh’s CEC
On 18 November President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree, according to which the following composition of the Central Electoral Commission of the Nagorno-Karabagh Republic was established:
Eghishe Arzoumanyan, representative of the NKR President
Srbuhi Arzoumanyan, representative of the NKR President
Arayik Lazaryan, representative of the NKR President
Anoush Shahramanyan, representative of the “Free Homeland” Party
Sergey Melkoumyan, representative of the Democratic Party of Artsakh
Hasmik Shindyan, representative of the “Armenian Revolutionary Federation” (Dastaktsutyun) Party
Davit Tsatouryan, representative of the “Movement-88” Party
Lousine Hakobyan, representative of the “National Revival” Party.
