Bako Sahakyan signs decree on conferring honorary titles on cultural workers of Karabakh
On 24 November President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on conferring the honorary title of Honored Culture Worker of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic, according to the press service of NKR President’s Office.
By the decree, the honorary title of Honored Culture Worker of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic was conferred on Artashes Yesayan, a teacher of folk instruments at the Martouni Art School, and Babken Mousaelyan, former director of the Martouni Culture Palace, in connection with the 50th anniversary of the creation of “Knar” band of folk instruments and for their contribution to the establishment and recognition of the band.
