B. Gasic: Serbia grateful to Armenia for its principled stand on Kosovo issue
Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan received today Serbian Foreign Minister Bratislav Gasic, according to the press service of Armenian Foreign Ministry.
E. Nalbandyan highlighted the dynamically developing relations between Armenia and Serbia in recent years and stressed the need to take additional steps for further development of cooperation. In this connection he attached importance to evolving cooperation between Defense Ministries of the two countries.
Bratislav Gasic said Serbia regards Armenia as a friendly country and is interested in the further expansion and development of ties with Armenia. He thanked Armenia for its principled stand on the Kosovo issue, which again became evident during a vote in UNESCO on Kosovo membership.
E. Nalbandyan informed the guest about efforts of Armenia and the OSCE Minsk Group towards a peaceful resolution to the Karabakh conflict.
