‘Chorrord Ishkhanutyun’ paper writes that Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces Lieutenant General Haykaz Baghmanyan was trying to keep his brother’s profitable job, but he failed.

According to the paper, Baghmanyan’s brother held the profitable position of head of Kotayk branch of Gazprom Armenia Company. The company management had long tried to remove him from that position. Boris Baghmanayn was removed recently and appointed as person in charge in the city of Abovian, that is, the scope of his responsibility has narrowed, with all the ensuing consequences. Haykaz Baghamanyan resented this fact, but he could not  restore his brother to his previous post.
