‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily writes that Russian Inter RAO remains the major shareholder of Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) Company.  Tashir Group led by businessman Samvel Karapetyan owns 25% of ENA’s shares.

The daily says citing a report by Inter RAO that in October Inter RAO sold 25% of its investment in Armenian subsidiaries – Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC and Hrazdan Energy Company OJSC - for a monetary reward of $8.5 million.
