President Sargsyan signs new law
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed today the National Assembly-approved law on additions and amendments to the Law on Tax Exemption of Activities Carried Out in Border Rural Communities, the presidential press service said.
At an extraordinary session in November, the Armenian parliament unanimously passed in the second reading the draft amendments to the Law on Tax Exemption of Activities Carried Out in Border Rural Communities. The amendments aim to expend the list of exempted communities and boost competitiveness of goods produced there. Another two cities – Berd and Chambarak have been included in that list.
