Zhamanak: ENA Company sold completely on contract
A spokesman for Russia’s Inter RAO said earlier that only 25% of the shares of Hrazdan Thermal Power Plant and Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) were sold to Tashir Group for $8 million 250 thousand. “Zhamanak’ paper asked Armenia’s Public Services Regulatory Commission to give details of the deal. The Commission chairman said in response to the inquiry: “Under the contract, the company was sold completely, but according to the schedule, 25% was paid this year, 25% will be paid in 2016, and the remaining 50% will be paid off in 2017. The company will be completely transferred to them in 2017”.
