Police: Cousins, not the same man twice, voted at polling station No 11/3
An observer of Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center took photos of two different men at polling station No 11/3 and told the mass media about an incident of double voting in the referendum.
According to the police press service, the Shengavit district unit of Yerevan police examined the report. A resident of Shengavit community told policemen that one of the photos shows him voting at the polling place, while the man in another photo is his cousin (the grandson of his uncle) who also lives in Shengavit community. The cousin gave a lengthy explanation. He said he also voted at the same polling station, but only once.
