Zhoghovurd: Ara Abrahamyan persuades Armenian politicians to become members of his team
Zhoghovurd’ paper says that President of the Union of Armenians of Russia Ara Abrahamyan is meeting with numerous politicians in Armenia so as to persuade them to become members of his team, but the majority of them refused to do so, explaining their decision by a lack of trust.
“So far the meetings in Armenia have not produced a tangible result. Uniting with Orinats Yerkir Party is probably the only hope of Ara Abrahamyan. In that case you would hardly find a person in Armenia pinning his hope on Abrahamyan. But one thing is clear now – they will run in the 2017 parliamentary elections”, the paper says.
