Haykakan Zhamanak: Lyudmila Sargsyan joins ANC initiative for applying to Constitutional Court
Armenian MP Lyudmila Sargsyan has joined the initiative of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) Party that started collecting signatures to ask the Constitutional Court to declare the results of the December 6 constitutional referendum null and void.
‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily writes that L. Sargsyan was in Bishkek yesterday so she was unable to put her signature on the application. According to the secretariat of the parliament, she has to put her signature in person, otherwise the document will be considered invalid.
The parliamentary faction of ANC said 18 MPs have already signed the application, and 9 signatures are still needed.
