Head of the General Department of Civil Aviation of Armenia Artyom Movsisyan told ‘Zhamanak’ paper that work is underway to reduce prices of air tickets. In his words, the entry of more air carriers into the Armenian market is the only solution.

As for the fact that several airlines have left the domestic market, A. Movsisyan attributed it to changes in those airlines’ business policies, rather than to the existing conditions.
