Hraparak: Video message found in computer of gang leader Arthur Vardanyan
‘Hraparak’ paper writes that a video address was found in the computer of Arthur Vardanyan, the leader of the criminal group recently arrested in Yerevan. The gang intended to release the address following the planned coup. The video was to be circulated via a satellite system by a member of the same group – employee of Public Television of Armenia Arman Hayrapetyan.
In the video Arthur Vardanyan is shown making an apology to the Armenian people for the bloodshed and declaring that a presidential election will be held in six months, and until the election the population will pay 5 drams for electricity and be exempt from all taxes.
