Transport Ministry of Armenia: 35 companies involved in snow removal round-the-clock
35 companies subordinated to Armenian Ministry of Transport and Communication continue to work round-the-clock in 10 provinces to keep road conditions safe on interstate and republican motorways, the press service of the ministry reported, noting that a round-the-clock hotline - (010) 562533 is available.
Interstate and republican motorways were mostly passable and open to traffic on January 7.
Berd-Chambarak road and Vardeniats mountain pass remain closed due to low visibility and a snowstorm.
