Home prices go up in six administrative districts of Yerevan
15,945 real estate transactions were closed in Armenia in November 2015, according to data of State Committee of the Real Estate Cadaster under the Armenian government.
Data released by National Statistical Service of Armenia shows that 35.6% of deals in the real estate market were concluded in Yerevan, 12.7% in Kotayk province, and 7.1-7.3% were concluded in each of the following provinces: Shirak, Lori, Ararat, and Armavir.
According to the same source, an increase in apartment prices in November 2015 compared to November 2014 was reported in Yerevan’s six administrative districts – Nor Nork, Avan, Davtashen, Ajapniak, Malatia-Sebastia, and Nubarashen. The prices in the other districts remained the same.
