Karabakh defense minister congratulates recruits
Defense Ministry of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic released information about a festive event held at the Central Assembly Station where the first group of conscripts arrived this year.
Among those who came to congratulate the recruits were top officers along with NKR’s Defense Minister, Commander of Defense Army Levon Mnatsakanyan, as well as Karabakh war veterans and representatives of the Armenian Apostolic Church and NGOs.
The commander of NKR Defense Army congratulated the recruits on joining the armed forces and gave instructions concerning effective military service.
The place of each recruit’s military service was decided by drawing lots.
