Golden Globe Awards 2016 winners list: J. Lawrence, Stallone, DiCaprio take home the trophy!
The 73rd Annual Awards has ascended and looks like the stalwarts of Hollywood have also made their presence felt on the red carpet! The evening was truly a star studded one with everyone dazzling in colourful ensemble but at the same time holding their pulsating hearts in anticipation. Out of the movies that made it to the Golden Globe nominations, some managed to puzzle us like Matt Damon who got nominated for Best Actor in Comic Role for Ridley Scott’s sci-fi drama, The Martian and ironic that it is, the film also won the award for it! And Sylvester Stallone got a standing ovation as he went up the stage to receive his award for Creed. Okay, should’ve mentioned a little spoiler out there. But there were quite a few surprises and several predictable wins nevertheless. Hollywood divas, stormed the red carpet with their suave and sexy ensembles and while some sizzled on the prestigious carpet, some managed to give us the heebie jeebies, bollywoodlife.com reports.
