Most roads passable in Armenia
Most roads were passable in Armenia as of 10:00 am today, on January 11, Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations said.
Verdeniats mountain pass is closed.
Areni-Khachik motorway is closed. Drivers are urged to use Noravank-Amary-Khachik road.
Sotk-Karvachar motorway and roads in Amasia are barely passable.
Some roads are partly covered with black ice.
Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open to all types of vehicles with antiskid chains (except trucks with trailers), according to Emergency Situations Department of Georgia’s Interior Ministry.
