Armenia ranks first in the world in deaths from cancer
Worldlifeexpectancy.com – a website that has one of the largest global health life expectancy databases in the world – has released its statistical map showing cancer death incidence (per 100 000 population) for the year 2014. Out of 172 countries, Armenia ranks first in cancer death rate – 229.84.
The website uses data of the countries’ national statistical services, the UN, and other global agencies.
Armenia is flowed by Zimbabwe, Hungary, Mongolia, Serbia, Croatia, Latvia, Denmark, Uruguay, and Slovenia.
Turkey ranks 40th (cancer mortality is 131.92), Azerbaijan is 72nd (112.63), Georgia is 85t 105.94), Iran is 113th (92.75), and Russia is 15th (155.28).
